BCR offers day programs and after school care for children and adults with developmental disabilities such as autism spectrum disorder, mental retardation and cerebral palsy. It is the mission of BCR to provide program services that will enable them to achieve their individual potentials and become increasingly self-reliant, well-integrated, and contributing members of their families and communities.
