Opened in 1990, the AAF Rose Bowl Aquatics Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to providing state-of-the-art aquatic opportunities to all members of our community, regardless of their ability to pay. The Center's two Olympic pools and diving well provide a full range of aquatic programs in swimming, diving, water polo, synchronized swimming, water aerobics, lap swimming, summer camps, lessons and team competition; Mommy, Daddy & Me classes; CPR and lifeguard training. The new Therapy & Teaching Pool offers special needs populations warm water exercise programs in water heated to 91 degrees. Volunteers assist with the booster clubs, the Olympic Challenge, special events and projects as well as fundraising tasks. All members of our Board of Directors serve without financial compensation.
